Shipping and returns

Shipping

For all orders under $200, shipping within Australia is capped at $19.95.  For orders $200 and over, shipping is free!

All Australian shipments will be sent via Australia Post.

Express shipping through Australia Post is also available Australia wide for an additional fee.

Returns and Exchanges

If your goods are not as you expected, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges provided you return the goods to us in unused, unwashed and new condition.  Please email us at info@pumpkinpips.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and return your goods to us within 30 days of your delivery. 

Please note that unless there is a fault with the product, or an error with your order on our behalf, the buyer will be responsible for all postage charges.
